Robert is CHAIRMAN/CEO of VPA and is in charge of the General Contracting and Construction Management operations. Joining the company after graduating in 1989, Robert’s responsibilities include management of all phases of project development, financial analysis, contract administration, coordinating staff, overseeing technical quality and budget aspects.
