Raymond is COO of VPA and President of PAULIUS INTERNATIONAL, P.C. With over 35 years of experience, Raymond has amassed great expertise in the field of Tilt-Up Design and Construction. He has been instrumental in guiding the company’s design sensibility by creating solutions that evolve from leading edge concepts and practices.
