Kip is General Counsel to the firm coordinating all of its commercial and real estate transactions. In addition, Kip is responsible for our administrative and operational functions as they relate to our long range plans to meet the corporate objectives. Kip remains instrumental in developing and maintaining client relations in all of our markets.

- 1984-Present: V. PAULIUS & ASSOCIATES, Assistant Vice President. Responsible for legal and contract administration, marketing and real estate development for New Jersey, New York and Ohio markets.
